4. Payment Methods
To pay online by credit card, the customer must enter their card details on the secure payment page.
Once the transaction is accepted by the bank, the debit from the customer’s account is processed on the working day following the confirmation of the transaction.
Online credit card payments are secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire, which provides a fully secure payment service.
The customer guarantees that they have sufficient funds when using the chosen payment method during validation.
For credit card payments, the terms and conditions agreed between the customer and their issuing bank, and between The Sandy Tents website and its bank, shall apply.
5. Data Privacy
The information requested during the online payment process is necessary to complete the transaction and is treated confidentially.

Reservations made on The Sandy Tents website cover two services:
Tent accommodation during your stay
Activities
All reservations are considered valid except in cases of force majeure.
All booking transactions represent a partial payment (deposit).
8. Deposit Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
For accommodation: the deposit is 50% of the total amount.
For activities and restaurant services: the deposit is 50% of the total amount.
For bookings exceeding 10,000 MAD, full payment is required prior to arrival.
